took the cookbook and cook :D

I love prepare the food, although sometimes I don’t do  like the cookbook, and the flavor isn’t like the original recipe, but is fun the creation of the recipes, and the result final is a complete satisfaction, even when the food seems like a dead cat or something estrange … ha ha ha

But in general, I do good foods, I am a specialist of sweet cooks, like cookies, or bakes, pies, biscuits, etc… the pie of lemon is a delicious, when I was in pregnancy I cook pie of lemon  three or four times a month… I really adore it!

But today I will teach you how to cook a delicious dessert; it’s very very very easy, because you miss only tree ingredients. Here the recipe:

Apple pudding  

Ingredients:

6 apples peeled and grated

1 condensed milk

3 eggs

How to prepare:

In a source, mix the apples peeled and grated, (of course grated without the seeds, we don’t want to you damage your teeth) with a condensed milk, stir and add the three egg yolk, mix very well and pour this on a ovenproof dish, and take to oven, 30 or 40 minutes.

Meanwhile with the three white eggs, whisk them to have a snow, (add sugar and whisk a little bit more)

When the pudding is ready, (golden and consistency) add the snow and decorate with a fork. Take to oven two or three minutes, only for golden the cover of snow.

Remove from oven and cool.

This is a spectacular dessert, when you must surprise your mother in law, or your boyfriend, (girlfriend) is easy and delicious!

A Stupid Photo Is The Best !!

I love this photograph because it’s original and inspire me a lot of good moments… here we are on the Salvador station tube, the square of aviation, this picture was took for my friend Elizabeth. I am in the centre of the pic, and the little person in back of is my cousin Javiera.

Here we played with the perspective and made the illusion that I take on my hand to Javi. But really she was stay on the a little wall some 3 o 4 metres behind me.

Also this photo like too much because it seems like the world going in other rhythm, the cars and transantiago buses in the back, are out of foco, in compare with the people in the pic. This is a so cool effect! And we didn’t know how we made, because this camera it’s an a digital camera, and this type of effects only can made with a analog camera and a good zoom lens.

This It was a very happy and fun day, because we took us a lot of similar and authentic photos… that I keep on my heart, because now, me and my friends didn’t see us… all of us are in the university with a lot of home works and text to read etc. we can’t  even speak … this it’s a thing sad L but I know that we love us and never we forgot this moments… and the pictures help us to remember the time when we have time to be and share whit the best friends.

Now, when I finish this English text, I going to my house and phone them, because I miss us so much!

Violeta Esperanza!

The best day of my life was the day on I saw for first time to my daughter…

It’s was on 29^th June, I woke up feeling myself so bad, I went to the clinic with my boyfriend and my mom, I arrive there at 11am, I was so nervous!

Still I was feeling her little kicks on my belly, I only wanted to see her, so the nurses take me on and puck me on the couch, I change my normal clothes, for the clinical clothes and went to the birth room, there I “sit” on the birth couch and I started of whimper and force, holding on of the banisters beside of my couch, it’s was the time more long of my life, at the 17:21 hrs. Violeta Esperanza saw the light of the day at first ever, my boyfriend beside me, don’t react in the impression of see her, the doctor covered her with a towel, and give me her… I felt her on my arms, so fragile and small; a tear fell from my cheek… I give the thanks to god.

My boyfriend takes some photographs and kissed her little forehead.

Later, the doctor takes the Violeta of my arms and took her to exams room.

They take me to the recuperations room, and there I stay for 3 hours, because I was with hypothermia.

At last when I get to my room, I found a nurse with my violeta and give me her. She was dress with the cloth that gives my best friend, and smell like a flowers, her little hands pulled my hair, and my ears.

For this day I was the happier woman in the world!

the technology for the beauty and aesthetics :D

I love the photography in all of sense, analog and filmic, that is to say, the photography camera and the recorder camera… and its results, photo and film.

I love the way of do photos, take the photos, compose the shot in close-up, pan/long shot, etc... Later take the photos and develop them in a darkroom.

The films are so fun too, with the recorder camera, I can film the real life in real time … is a thing magic and beauty! And don’t refer of make action movies, or comedy but document the life of people normal, Like a documental with a personal and universal language.

I think that the cameras are a very important invent technologic, because join the best of the human being: art, music, intellect, imagination, and the power of transmit the feelings though of the photographic paper.

I used to use them in my other career, now I haven’t money to buy a camera like that’s… so I resign with see photographic and movies, and admire them.


My life without the photographic and movies would be dark and boring, ha ha ha! isn’t would be so bad, I don’t know, I think that I would like another thing…
